Chris has been addressing disputes in the construction industry for over twenty years.  He has represented architectural firms, engineering firms, surveying firms, developers, contractors and public owners.  He has handled litigation ranging from $5000 spalling concrete slabs to $50,000,000 delay and disruption claims arising out of the construction of cast-in-place bridges.  He has experience with Surety Claims, Lost Profit Claims, Malpractice Claims, Mold Claims, Landslide Claims, as well as Catastrophic Injury and Wrongful Death Claims.  He has represented stakeholders in all forms of ADR Proceedings, including mediation and arbitration.  He has experience with bench trials, summary jury trials, and multiweek jury trials in both state and federal courts.  He has appeared before numerous state appeals court and the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
